Would my spouse be entitled to study at a UK university or college while on a settlement visa?

My spouse-to-be and I are planning to move back to the UK from China next year, and she would like to study. Is this possible on a settlement visa? If not, when would she be able to look at going into further education?Would my spouse be entitled to study at a UK university or college while on a settlement visa?
I don't see why not.
